Surveillance right given to 10 agencies in India

An individual s will almost never know that , they  are under surveillance  and that means that, they may not be able to challenge before it in a court  . Such a scenario will create panic situation when   ten agencies are given an authority to honour surveillance requests from government . Surely ,  private conversations of political leaders during election times, activists  during their hectic protest schedules, intellectuals who  are doubted as urban naxals., media houses conversations , free expression flowing through social media  currently  on various policies and programmes of government  and even of financial dealings of corporate  and real estate houses etc., Even ordinary citizen's conversation regarding their various investments would not remain a confidential matter and they  are all  likely to be the victims of this unrestricted surveillance practice . How many more tools India needs to  protect national security ?  Such a draconian measure which attacks privacy right or fundamental rights should be subjected to intensive public and parliamentary debate . Otherwise India would turn into  Police state  in which repressive government control  is exercised where law is derived from executive power . Keeping people in a state of tension frequently through shocking economic and legal measures will affect the image of India as a functioning democracy.
