crisis in breathing

India had seen many crises since independence but the crisis India facing now is very scary. Indians of all the ages are struggling for breadth in hospitals and losing their lives . This crisis is manmade and the history will not forgive those who are responsible for it. This situation is  the result of low priority given to the health sector all along, through low allocation of resources   though, health is the key input in HRD. All along the state governments have been managing the social sectors like, education, health and medical care, water supply and sanitation, poverty alleviation, housing conditions etc., very efficiently. But the present government’s obsession with taking away all the powers of the states over social development has led to this chaotic condition. Their inefficient handling of all the matters related to health and medical manpower training and management has resulted in loss of many lives.  How can we pat our back saying we are  the fastest emerging economy with $ 5 million dream  when, we are losing our precious and productive human resource due to our inability to make them breath  normally  due to Oxygen supply mismanagement . Who is going accept the responsibility for this clumsy handling of Covid pandemic?
